These Terms and Conditions, together with any policies, notices, guidelines, or supplementary terms referenced herein or displayed elsewhere on the Platform, constitute a legally binding agreement between The Manifestation Club (hereinafter referred to as the “Platform”, “Website”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) and any individual who accesses, browses, registers, enrolls in, purchases from, or otherwise uses any part of the services provided through this website. By accessing the Platform in any manner whatsoever, including viewing free content, purchasing paid offerings, or interacting with digital materials, you expressly acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, without limitation, modification, or reservation.

The Manifestation Club functions solely as an online digital education platform offering content related to mindset awareness, manifestation principles, personal observation, behavioral understanding, emotional regulation, and general self-development concepts. All services provided through the Platform are delivered exclusively via digital and internet-based formats and may include pre-recorded videos, audio recordings, downloadable files, written materials, live or semi-live online sessions, and access to private digital communities or communication channels. The Platform does not offer any form of in-person instruction, one-on-one therapy, counseling, diagnosis, treatment, or professional advisory services of any kind.

All content made available through the Platform is intended strictly for educational and informational purposes. Nothing contained within the Platform should be interpreted as medical advice, psychological counseling, psychiatric treatment, legal guidance, financial advice, or professional consultation of any nature. Any references to mindset shifts, emotional clarity, awareness, or personal change are general in scope and may vary significantly from person to person. Users acknowledge that personal results, interpretations, and experiences are subjective and that no specific outcome, benefit, or transformation is promised or guaranteed.

The Platform does not make any representations or warranties regarding the accuracy, completeness, suitability, or effectiveness of the content for any particular purpose. Any examples, analogies, narratives, or experiential descriptions shared through the Platform are illustrative only and should not be construed as assurances of similar outcomes. Users are solely responsible for how they interpret, apply, or engage with the content and agree that any use of the information provided is undertaken entirely at their own discretion and risk.

Access to digital courses, programs, and materials offered by the Platform is granted on a limited, personal, non-exclusive, and non-transferable basis. CHARGEBACKS, PAYMENT DISPUTES, AND MISUSE OF PAYMENT SYSTEMS

By completing a purchase on the Platform, you expressly acknowledge and agree that all products and services offered are digital in nature and are deemed consumed once access is granted or delivery is initiated. You further agree that initiating a chargeback, payment dispute, or reversal through a bank, card issuer, or payment service provider without first contacting the Platform for resolution, or in contradiction to the Refund Policy stated herein, shall be considered a violation of these Terms.

Users acknowledge that chargebacks raised on grounds such as dissatisfaction with content, lack of expected results, misunderstanding of course material, change of mind, or personal circumstances are invalid under this agreement. Any attempt to secure a refund through a payment dispute after accessing digital content may be treated as misuse of the payment system and a breach of contractual obligations agreed to at the time of purchase.

In the event of a chargeback or dispute, the Platform reserves the right to submit all relevant records to the payment processor or financial institution, including but not limited to access logs, delivery confirmations, communication records, acceptance of Terms and Refund Policy, and technical evidence demonstrating successful delivery or access to the digital content. Such records shall be considered sufficient proof of service fulfillment.

The Platform further reserves the right to permanently suspend or terminate access to current and future services for users who initiate chargebacks or disputes in bad faith or in violation of these Terms, without any obligation to restore access or provide compensation. Repeated or fraudulent dispute activity may also result in denial of future purchases.

Nothing in this section limits the Platform’s right to pursue lawful remedies available under applicable laws in cases involving fraud, abuse, or intentional misuse of digital services or payment mechanisms.

All intellectual property rights associated with the Platform, including but not limited to text, audio, video, course structure, methodologies, branding, logos, design elements, and overall presentation, remain the exclusive property of the Platform. Nothing contained in these Terms shall be construed as granting any license or ownership rights to users beyond the limited right to access the content for personal use in accordance with these Terms.

Payments made through the Platform represent a legally binding agreement for the provision of digital services. By completing a payment, users acknowledge and agree that they are purchasing access to digital content delivered electronically. Prices, access duration, content structure, and availability of courses may be modified at any time without prior notice. The Platform may rely on third-party payment processors to facilitate transactions and does not store sensitive payment information. The Platform shall not be held responsible for delays, failures, or errors caused by third-party payment systems beyond its reasonable control.

The Platform may, from time to time, include references or links to third-party websites, tools, or services for informational or convenience purposes. Access to such third-party resources is entirely at the user’s discretion, and the Platform does not endorse, control, or assume responsibility for the content, policies, practices, or availability of any external services. Users acknowledge that interactions with third parties are governed solely by the terms and policies of those third parties.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Platform disclaims all liability for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with the use of the Platform or reliance on its content. This includes, without limitation, any perceived loss of opportunity, emotional distress, dissatisfaction, or unmet expectations. Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of these limitations.

The Platform shall not be deemed in breach of these Terms for any failure or delay in performance resulting from events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to technical issues, system maintenance, internet disruptions, regulatory changes, or force majeure events. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, and any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the appropriate courts as determined under applicable Indian law.

REFUND POLICY

This Refund Policy applies to all digital products, courses, programs, and services offered by The Manifestation Club. All offerings provided through the Platform are delivered exclusively in digital format and accessed online.

Due to the nature of digital content, all sales are considered final once access is granted, and the content is deemed consumed immediately upon access, download, or availability. Users acknowledge that digital content cannot be “returned” in the conventional sense and therefore agree that refunds are generally not permitted once access has been provided.

Refunds will not be granted for reasons including, but not limited to, change of mind, dissatisfaction with course content, lack of expected results, personal inability to continue, partial usage, misunderstanding of the course structure, or failure to engage with the material. Users are encouraged to review course descriptions carefully before making a purchase.

Refunds will be considered only in limited technical circumstances, specifically where the purchased digital files do not open, the course delivery is incomplete, files are corrupted or damaged, or the Platform is technically unable to provide access to the purchased content. In such cases, users must notify the Platform within a reasonable timeframe after purchase and provide sufficient information to allow verification of the issue.

Where possible, the Platform will first attempt to resolve the issue by providing technical support, replacement files, or restored access. If the issue cannot be resolved through these means, the Platform may, at its sole discretion, approve a refund. Any approved refund will be processed through the original payment method, subject to the timelines and procedures of the payment service provider.

The Platform reserves the right to reject refund requests that do not meet the conditions outlined in this policy or where misuse, repeated claims, or bad-faith behavior is identified.
